FANTASY BASEBALL: FINDING VALUE

I propose a new system of finding value. Predictions can be different (though lately I prefer ATC) but while it’s impossible to predict exact player performance, we can predict their “rough numbers”. How do we know whether the player is worth his price however? I primarily deal with auctions and decided on the tier system based on standard Rotisserie leagues.
