2019 FANTASY BASEBALL AUCTION VALUES REVIEW

How accurate were auction values for players this season? I decided to take a quick look at whether or not there were any “safe” price ranges this season. For the purposes of this study, we’re only looking at players who were going for $2 or more and being “worth the price” means providing value relative to or more for the price range that they went for, with them providing value that’s lower than the price range that they went for for “not worth the price”. Since pitchers are more volatile I separated them from hitters and into two categories as well.
